Is it good for us to feel scared? Nov 1, 2009
I used to love Scooby-Doo cartoons as a child but the monsters used to scare me (even though they were always proved to be the owner of the deserted funfair in disguise). I used to hide under the bedclothes so the monsters wouldn't get me - it worked as I'm still here to report the story. (BBC News -- UK)

Scooby Doo! Review Sep 30, 2009
September 28, 2009 - Scooby-Doo has seen more than his fair share of video games, and let's face it, they haven't been memorable ... The game does have cut scenes featuring the current voice actors for all the characters, though the terrible jokes play out more like the one liners and puns from "Scooby-Doo Movies", except without Mama Cass ... This is hot, but it's not Scooby-Doo. (IGN PS2)
How low can you go: a look at that dress Sep 26, 2009
I started wearing scarves and cravats aged 18, influenced by my three main style icons - the dandified Brian Jones, who was the coolest of the Rolling Stones; Fred Jones from the cartoon Scooby-Doo, who sported a natty orange scarf; and Harry H. Corbett, who played Harold in Steptoe and Son. Corbett added a grungy edge to the loosely tied op shop scarf, in contrast to his father's tattered neckerchief,'' Preston writes. This was a classic "red herring" episode, where the audience is led to assume the wrong person is the villain, and just like so many "Scooby-Doo" episodes, only two possible villains are presented.
